1. Clothing and Accessories Shipping

Clothing and accessories have simpler shipping options and are priced separately from surfboards.

a. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA):

• Free Shipping: Free shipping on clothing and most surf accessories to all U.S. addresses, excluding U.S. territories.
• Carrier: Shipped via insured USPS.
• Processing Time: Orders processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Estimated 3-5 business days after processing.

b. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

SHIPPING, DUTIES AND TAXES ARE COMPUTED ON CHECKOUT

• Carrier: Shipped via DHL or UPS 
• Processing Time: Orders processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Estimated 5-7 business days after processing.

2. Surfboard Shipping

Due to handling requirements, surfboards are shipped with specific protocols and fees.

(All Size Boards)  - ETA Usually in two days (Boards can be picked up from the Hawaiian Air Cargo Airport from 7AM in the morning, a day after the board has been sent out.)

Hawaiian Air Cargo charges $25 per day if the board is not picked up within 48 hours of arrival at their facility.
