Hawaiian South Shore: Return and Exchange Policy

Online Purchases:

  • Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your Hawaiian South Shore Online purchase, you may return item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date for store credit.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unwrinkled, unused, unaltered, uniron, and free from any odors, with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Include the original receipt for verification.
  • Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued as store credit only; we do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
  • Non-Returnable Items: All surfboards and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Policy:

  • Stock Availability: Exchanges depend on current stock availability. Before sending an item for exchange, please contact us at sales@hawaiiansouthshore.com with your order number to confirm availability and address any questions.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • Process: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at sales@hawaiiansouthshore.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please understand that our fulfillment system processes orders quickly, and changes cannot be made once an order has entered the shipping process.
