Hawaiian South Shore Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Hawaiian South Shore Online purchase, please return the item(s) within 30 days from the date you received your shipment.

Ensure that the original tags are still attached and include the original receipt. We will gladly exchange the item(s) or issue Store Credit under your billing name and information.

Exchanges depend on existing stock. Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued as Store Credit if the return exceeds 30 days from the initial purchase. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges. Surfboards and Sale item(s) are Final.

We strive to accommodate your requests but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to process orders quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Important Notes:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Surfboards, sale items, bodyboard fins, boardbags, roof racks, and consumables (like sunscreen and body spray) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom Orders: Custom surfboard orders require a non-refundable deposit. If a surfboard order is canceled after the deposit, a 20% restocking fee based on the original full price will be charged to cover incurred costs.
